Suzy Brown returns
Jenkin’s Area Sales Manager - Northern Region, Suzy Brown, returned to work in October from maternity leave. Suzy and her husband Craig have a three and half year old son Tyler, and an eight month old daughter, Stacey Brown.
“It’s definitely a balancing act with children and full-time working,” Suzy says. “But Jenkin are a fantastic company to work for which definitely makes things easier for me.”
Suzy says she’s noticed the slowdown since returning to work, particularly in the Auckland market.
“However I am finding the work we have continued to do with our Jenkin A-Lign weatherboard system is progressing strongly. Builders in this market need to know that the product they are using now is proven, reliable and quick to install, and A-lign is currently the only weatherboard system with BRANZ appraisal. That’s a big plus in terms of peace of mind for builders, particularly when there is a lot of cheap product in the market.”
Suzy says builders are telling her that A-lign has made it much easier and faster to build the traditional timber weatherboard home.
“At a time when more and more homeowners want the reassurance of traditional building methods and materials, that’s a big advantage for builders who want to deliver a high quality result quickly and more economically.”
Suzy is now looking forward to the launch of A-lign rusticated.
“It’s another great addition to the A-lign range.”
