Jenkin people
At Jenkin, our whole team is involved in delivering Jenkin quality to our customers.
That’s why we took a day in September to get the team together, talk about where
our company is going, and launch our new Jenkin values before we all retired to
Grace Hill vineyard for lunch.
We developed our new values on the basis of interviews with our people at all levels in the organisation to identify what the key things are that we do that make us effective.
The result? Five clear, simple statements we can use to guide how we work together to create and take outstanding cladding products and solutions to our customers.
